By using RepuLV, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

RepuLV provides AI-powered reputation management software for local businesses, including review monitoring, AI-generated responses, and alert notifications.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After 14 days, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.

Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
You may cancel at any time from your billing portal
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial months

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RepuLV to post fake reviews, manipulate ratings, or violate any platform terms of service including Google, Yelp, or TripAdvisor.

Limitation of Liability

RepuLV is provided as-is. We are not responsible for any business losses resulting from review content or our service availability.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
